Dead Presidents Weekend - Doing Absolutely Nothing

In all honesty, I did a lot of nothing this weekend...aside from getting a nice buzz off of Mai Tais at Smugglers Cove for Ate Lara's Sweet 16x2, nothing really. I think this silence and relaxation is much needed. The next week at work will be crazy. New boss starting on Tuesday. Jesus help us!

So what have you been doing? Playing lots of Bejeweled, laying in bed, and staring into space. This morning for brunch, I made a fried rice omelet using leftovers from Saturday night. I'm mighty proud of it. Pretty. I didn't have oyster sauce so I used spicy banana ketchup. I also went through some really old pix today...for some reason, I was really nostalgic today so yup, been thinking a lot but physically doing nothing and it feels wonderful! As you can see the lack of stimulation in my neurons has even made my vocabulary sound like a 4th grader's. Ha, but in the 4th grade, my aptitude test said I had the vocabulary of a 7th grader. Anywho, I digress.

Tomorrow? Maybe more nothing :) love it!
